We recently welcomed CBS News to our site in Yuba County to witness firsthand how 4DIFY is transforming the California housing market.
During the visit, we were able to showcase our first completed home. Just a few steps away, the printer was hard at work on our second home, which is already halfway complete, while the third home is prepped and ready for its foundation pour.
By using high-strength concrete, we’ve created walls that offer a level of durability traditional wood-frame homes simply can’t match. Because of this structural integrity and thermal mass, future homeowners can expect to save up to 50% on their energy and insurance bills.
We are on track to complete this five-home community by the end of Summer 2026, and with our team now aiming to print a full structure in just 10 days, we are preparing to expand this innovation into Sacramento, the Bay Area, and Southern California.
