These 1000 sq ft homes will feature unique designs and layouts, offering character across the development. Construction is set to begin in 2025, with the first home’s estimated build time at just 40 days. The remaining four homes will be printed two at a time, accelerating the overall timeline. Estimated completion for the full project is Q4 of 2025.
