Changing lives
These 1,000-square-foot homes will feature unique layouts, bringing distinct character to the entire development. Construction kicks off in 2025, with a rapid print time of just 5 to 10 days per home from the foundation to roof height. Once the structural concrete shells are printed, we will hand them off to trusted third-party contractors to complete the interior finishes. To accelerate the timeline, the remaining four homes will be printed two at a time, with estimated completion for the full project in Q3 2026.
